¿How can Sales Cloud users see prospects that are in a List Email in Pardot?

Hi! I'm starting to use #Pardot as an administrator and I have a looot of questions. I've just created a #List Email and made it visible for CRM. My question is can #Sales Cloud users of my organization see these contacts that are in Pardot althought the prospects are not asigned to them yet?
