On field service appointments & work orders  there is an account field.  On a account record related list I see work orders created for that account but scroll down to the Service Appointment and it has zero records. Why can't I see service appointments on the customer account?  I know they have some because when i go to the work order I see the account.  #Service Appointments #Related List
