View All Recognition Badges not showing all in community

Question

When you click the View All button to see all the badges a community member has been awarded we are just seeing a repeat of the three shown in the preview. The example shown below should show four badges. Has anyone seen this issue? Is it a known issue or possibly a configuration problem in my environment (Winter '20)

Thanks @Jayson Morales. I posted to the Communit Cloud group and the issue was resolved - it was a config issue on our end.
