I’ve seen Klaviyo integrations done both custom and with iPaaS tools. Skyvia ( https://skyvia.com/data-integration/integrate-salesforce-klaviyo ) supports Salesforce and Klaviyo out of the box. You can sync contacts or lists with simple field mapping. Just note it runs on a schedule, not event-driven in real time.
