Has anyone else experienced this?
I have been activating and deactivating users. I passed challenge 1. Those profiles are assigned. Mobile access is assigned via a permission set. 'Inside Sales' profile is limited via IP range and login time... maybe I need to add that to the other profiles! (will try that now). I've changed the company information to the PT time zone. Set up a public group and sharing rules, each named project managers.
I am hitting my head on the wall, what have I missed?
