trailhead challenge failed

Hi,Iam doing Customize an Org to Support a New Business Unit traihead challenge 2. It did not pass even after doing all the steps correctly. I did it again 4 time in different trailhead grounds,created two new plagrounds in the process. But iam getting the below error, 

 

Step not yet complete in Creative Shark Playground

 

Did not find Aaron Hartzler and/or Fumiko Suzuki as member of the 'Edge Communications Customer Support' chatter group.

 

What can be the possible soluition for this problem?

    Hi Kalpana mam, Did not find Aaron Hartzler and/or Fumiko Suzuki as member of the 'Edge Communications Customer Support' chatter group. I don't find the  users. please help me.  https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/customize-an-org-to-support-a-new-business-unit/manage-user-access?trail_id=learn-admin-essentials.  I have completed the link given by you but I am not getting the users.

    Hi there,

     

    Make sure that you are using the license 'Salesforce', if this does not work I would suggest you delete the other users with same license and create Aaron Hartzler or else try in new trailhead playground.
