Absolutely, Den. This update activates secure object access for guest users, which means all objects are treated as having a private sharing model. This makes all records inaccessible unless you create guest user sharing rules for them, and downright blocks edit access to records.
You'll need to review what the guest user needs to access, and create guest sharing rules where appropriate.
