Neither the Carousel nor the Slide Show layout option of the CMS Collection behaves like the Lightning Carousel where the component automatically rotates through the available content items. Any consideration to adding that ability to the Collection Component?

fyi @Kathryn Holden also this issue has been added to VOC. Let me know it the above mentioned work around helps.
