#Work Plans0 debatiendo

Hello,

I need an advice - since recentlly we used Work plan and Work steps.

Our Technicians use Field Service mobile app, but somethimes they forgot to fill in/complete the work steps.

Can you reccomend me what I can do that they not skip this?

I am going to create a screen flow in the mobile app with all process steps - start work, fill in the information in WOLI, add product consumed and so on, but soon I can't finish it this task.

So I need something which I can use untill the flow is ready.

Thanks in advance!

My suggestion would be to be active on LinkedIn and to look for jobs on LinkedIn. It looks like you already have a LinkedIn profile so that is good.

So we have work plans with work steps. I noticed the fields on the Work Step record, " Start Time" and "End Time", but these fields don't update automatically. What is the best way to record these dates? They will be very useful for understanding the duration between each work step. Is there a built feature or should I use record-triggered flows?

thanks, could you give some more details about. I assume the tech has to "Start" the work steps, has some to do's outside of the app and after a couple of time the tech has to "Stop" the step, right? Then you could create a mobile flow to captue the time stamps by setting the status on the work step. You should update the work step via platform automations and not automatically as it works normally.
