#Survey Link0 debatiendo

Hi,

I am trying to automate the "Generate Survey Link" for non-authenticated users from a record.

The end result is to have the survey invitation link appearing on a Lead record in the related list section (Survey Invitations and Responses) WITHOUT using the automated process of sending the survey through an email.

I tried using Process Builder but the Lead doesn't get related if I use a custom lookup field.

Any ideas with a Flow?

Thanks in advance.

Question on automation of reminders ...

I have a flow that sends survey invitations via the send survey core action, and that works great (I load that up via campaign members, and it does its thing well).

I am thinking about how I might best handle reminders to people who have not completed their survey.  Ideally the email containing the survey link should have some different reminder text ("hey we sent you this, please fill it out" or such), however the core action uses only the default email template attached to the Survey at time of publish.

If I duplicate the Survey and use that duplicate for reminders, then I have split the response/completion metrics across two different Surveys, so that's not ideal either.

Has anyone had a similar situation and solved the problem?  I was thinking maybe to use the survey completion as a source for a 2nd Reminder Campaign, but haven't quite worked out how to send them back their original invite link with a different email text that is more "reminder" friendly.  Perhaps capture the survey link and create the mail message dynamically for each recipient in a Flow?  The recipient count will be small (< 200 people for sure).

Any thoughts are appreciated!

Hi David, thanks for your reply. This looks viable, and offers the client a way to edit their own template, rather than building the message dynamically via a separate Flow.

Hello, I'm trying to send a survey link through Process Builder to lead's emails that are in an open-noncontacted status once a week but the only recipient option is "user in your org".  I tried doing a flow to add an autolaunched flow but grabbing the lead email was pretty much impossible.  Anyone know how to add a lead recipient on the process builder?

I am trying to send a survey link to a contact email when an opportunity is close-won but that option doesn't exist.  I'm trying to do a work around using process builder and adding some flow but I continue to run into the same situation where I can't grab the contact's email from the opportunity object event.  Any ideas would be helpful.

Hi! Is it already possible for a contact to complete a survey multiple times? We want to add a survey link to a Case Closed Notification Email.

Hi All,

Salesforce Survey Link for Guest Users is not working with Spring 21 (Preview). I get the error - "This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. Error in $A.getCallback() [Event fired] Callback failed: serviceComponent://ui.interaction.runtime.components.controllers.FlowRuntimeController/ACTION$runInterview Failing descriptor: {markup://flowruntime:flowRuntimeV1}"

We have set up survey along with translations. when I send out survey to out side org email addresses I get a survey link in email and once I click on link I will be redirected to language picker. First time I select English/other language It works as expected. If I want to change language selection or page gets refreshed and I want to select English instead of (previously selected value say, Spanish) it doesn't select English the previous selection is retained.

Also, We have tried using default settings(Summer'20 feature) to set up default language to English that doesn't help either.

can someone help me with any workaround?

Keep getting this error when attempting to open the survey... The invitation ID that you provided doesn't correspond to this user.

This is a Customer Feedback Survey that's been assigned in the Support Settings on the Case object to be sent out when a case is closed. The survey link works when I copy and paste into the browser. However when I click on the link in the email, i get the above ID error.

Any suggestions?

The Create permission is only needed on the Survey Response record. Just Read on Survey and Survey Invitation.

The email template is a Lightning email template, so you can either edit the template in Survey Builder in the Send function - look for the four icons in the lower left - or - in the Email Templates app in Lightning. Several people have had trouble finding email templates as an option in Process Builder. Apparently, keeping the original name but adding v1, v2, v3, etc. at the end works.

If you want to use Classic templates, it is a bit tricky to include the Invitation Link field from the Survey Invitation, since it is not available as a merge field. You have to construct the link from its components with a couple of hard-wired references to the Network Id (the Community Id) and the Survey Id. This process is discussed is at least one of the documents listed.

Try to read all the way through this document - 39 pages - the most complete reference released to date by salesforce -

Keep the cards and letters coming.

Hi All,

1) Is it possible to upload images in the Survey response?

2) Also is it possible our employees can take surveys on behalf of a participant?

Response must be attached to participant. Our employees want to have access for the survey link.

Thanks in advance.
