Maintenance Plan Work Order Generation Interfering with Flow

In case anyone is having this issue I thought I would share. We are transitioning over to Maintenance Work Rules from Frequency Fields and have been struggling to make sure the generated work orders are customized to our needs and reliably generating. We created a custom flow to update the records and create WOLI's however when it was activated the maintenance plans then stopped generating work orders. I submitted a Salesforce Support Case but they were unable to resolve the issue. As of today I did find a work around, if you run the flow on a scheduled path delayed by as little as 2 minutes the two automations can run without conflict and function properly.

We are working on an implementation for a client where the new Spring 21 Release of Maintenance Work Rules would be perfect to fit the client's need. 

However, the frequency for these Maintenance Work Rules is determined by a free text field & I can't find any documentation on valid input values.

Attached is a the only screen shot from the documentation (the beta notes) where I was able to find any clues as to what valid inputs look like. Does anyone know where a more complete documentation of the valid inputs could be found?
