#Formstack Integration0 debatiendo

I have been wanting for some time to develop our SF NPSP so that we can integrate data collected via our website (through use of a webform) into a Custom object e.g. Referrals or Training Enquiries.  I've used Trailhead and researched quite a bit but just haven't been able to get the step by step info I need to proceed with this. I'm hoping to learn if there's any training specific to just this element of work or any advice on how I could proceed would be very much appreciated. 

Need a forms solution for simple external questionnaire on the opportunity. Would like to have answers populate opp fields automatically. We are currently using Google forms and manually uploading. Communities is probably overkill for this. Need to supply a link for those external to the org. Thoughts?

Hi.  Can anyone share where to see the Formstack integration in the Salesforce settings?  TIA  I've looked everywhere and don't see where it's connected but I know we use it.
