We've built a Salesforce-native payment solution called

Healthcare organisations often need to collect payments for appointments, consultations, treatments, memberships, or other patient services while ensuring their financial and patient data stays connected.

ChargeOn enables organisations to accept payments directly from Salesforce through features like:

• Payment links
• One-time and recurring payments
• Support for multiple payment gateways
• Automated payment tracking against Salesforce records

I'm curious to know how your organisation currently manages patient payments with Salesforce. Are you using a native solution, custom integrations, or an external payment platform?

Would love to learn from this community and discuss different approaches to simplifying payment workflows in healthcare.

Looking for any companies (health insurance or medicare advantage) companies that track referral management, pre-auth, re-auth, post discharge invoicing and billing in Salesforce.  We do have Health Cloud so we can use those features but would like to see a demo of an example.  Thank you so much for considering.

If we're using Person Accounts & have related Accounts for their Employer and also Member Plans as a related object to the Person Account, is it possible to create a Report Type to show the Group Name among typical Member Plan & Person Account info?
