see attached screenshot for reference, in the page editor, it is showing correctly, but out of nowhere it randomly just stopped wrapping the text so the item description is cut off unless you click into it

I am noticing you do not have the drop down carrot visible in the image.
If you click "View All" do you?

In the Lighting Page Builder you (or your admin) need to make sure that the Related List is an Enhanced List not a Basic List
