Tableau RMT failed start after restart

Hi Anyone,

I have a case related tableau rmt failed start after restart, this is first time to restarting tableau rmt since last year installed.

• All services Tableau RMT restart completed

C:\Program Files\Tableau\Tableau Resource Monitoring Tool\master>rmtadmin restart

TableauResourceMonitoringTool is currently running

but after this tableau rmt can't access

• when i checking rmtadmin status

i get error message from rabbitmq service, however tableau rmt rabbitmq service succesfully started.

has anyone faced this error ? and what the solution to fixing this.
