I followed the instructions to toggle off  "Enhanced Interface for User Access Policies"  under  Setup > User Management Settings , which successfully allowed me to add both group criteria conditions (Technical_Support and Expert_Support). However, when verifying the challenge, I keep receiving this recurring error: Here is my current configuration: User Access Policy: Policy Name: Tier 3 Group Setup API Name: Tier_3_Group_Setup Status: Design Order & Trigger Type: Both left completely blank / not automated. Criteria: Group Equals Technical_Support Group Equals Expert_Support Actions: Grant Group Tier_3_Support Revoke Group Technical_Support Revoke Group Expert_Support Execution: I added an active user to both Technical Support and Expert Support public groups. I clicked  Preview Users  and executed  Apply / Apply to All . The  User Access Policy Summary  page confirms: Ran user access policy Tier_3_Group_Setup Added [User] to Public Group Tier 3 Support Removed [User] from Public Group Technical Support Removed [User] from Public Group Expert Support Despite the summary showing successful execution and the group changes reflecting on the user record, Trailhead continues to fail with the exact same error stating the policy was not applied. Is there a specific pre-seeded user or backend log requirement that the Trailhead verification checker looks for in this challenge? Any guidance on how to get past this would be greatly appreciated!
