Once you start building complex agents, you’ll soon run into this issue:  

Your agents will not consistently ‘decide’ the right path. Example: instead of escalating to human agents it will keep responding . (Though you may have intent expressed in your instructions or tried bifurcating with sub-agents or actions)  

So how do you solve this use case? We went live with an agent and this is what we learned how to structure it.
