I’m a fresher currently learning Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Constraint Rules Engine (CRE). I’m working on the CRE setup and seem to be missing something because products are no longer visible in the quote after completing the configuration.
Here are the steps I performed:
- Extended the SalesTransactionContext.
- Added the "Constraint Engine Node Status" field on:
- Quote Line Item
- Order Product
- Asset Action
- Added field mappings in the extended Context Definition:
- QuoteEntityMapping
- OrderEntityMapping
- AssetEntityMapping
- Activated the extended Context Definition.
- Enabled CRE in Revenue Settings.
- Updated the Context Definition in the Pricing Procedure to use the extended Context Definition.
- Updated the Context Definition in Product Discovery.
- Added the required triggers on Quote Line Item and Order Product.
- Assigned the required permission sets.
- Completed the remaining setup steps mentioned in the documentation.
After completing the setup, the issue is that products are no longer visible when creating or editing a quote.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there any configuration step that I might have missed, or any specific logs/settings that I should verify?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Facing the same issue.I am currently working on the trailhead module where I need to change the Browse Product Context Definition to ProductQualificationContext to test product qualification rule but after changing currently none of the prodcuts are populating in the browse catalogs window.
