@Shyamala Jamuna The reason you don't see a "New" button for expense estimates is that the Expense Estimates related list has not been added to the Travel Approval page layout yet. The "Related" tab is currently only showing the default "Notes & Attachments" list.
To fix this, you need to edit the page layout for the Travel Approval object. Here are the steps to do that:
Click the Setup gear icon and select Setup.
Go to Object Manager. Find and click on your Travel Approval object in the list.
Navigate to the Page Layouts section from the left-hand menu.
Click on the Travel Approval Layout to edit it.
In the palette at the top of the editor, find the Related Lists category.
Find Expense Estimates in the list, then click and drag it down into the "Related Lists" section on the page layout below.
Click Save in the palette at the top.
Check Lightning Record Page
- Setup → Object Manager → Travel Approval → Lightning Record Pages.
- Edit the page assigned to your app.
- Replace “Related Lists” with Related Lists – Single.
- Pick Expense Estimates, save, and activate.
Go back to your Travel Approval record (TA-00008) and refresh the page. You should now see the "Expense Estimates" section on the "Related" tab, complete with the New button you need to continue with the instructions.
