Hi @Mohit Edupuganti - when you click into one of the certifications - for example "Salesforce Certified Tableau Desktop Foundations" (https://trailheadacademy.salesforce.com/certificate/exam-tableau-desktop-found---Analytics-101), you'll see the link to Get Exam Guide. It's similar for the other certification types as well. There are resources mentioned there in the exam guide that would be very useful.
In general, spending as much time with the product as you can prior to taking an exam is likely what will get you over the line in the end, IMHO. If you need some inspiration to get started, it could be helpful to participate in a community project to get hands-on practice - see here:
