Hi - I have recently just joined SF and busy with the RTS certification. I completed setting up the playground in the sandbox environment for agentforce and launch it successfully, but whne I click to verify the step to get the 500 points, I get the below message:
Step not yet complete in Agentforce
We can’t find the agent named CC Service Agent in your playground.
Any suggestions please on why this message is displaying?

To check if this Agent has already been created, you can go to the list of Agents and see which ones exist in your SF Org.
If this does not resolve the issue, you will need to delete this Playground, create a new one, and complete the Challenge again.
