One of our customers is looking for a tool that can change voice to text.
I noticed there are some tools, but most of them are Service Cloud related. And we actually need a button which you can use everywhere for example. We have an intake form created with a screen flow, where it would be usefull if they could press a button, speak, and the voice would be transformed to text in the screen flow.
We are working with and for the healthcare branch where companies work with people who might have certain disabilities where this tool would work great for!
Hoping someone else ran into this question as well and could suggest something.

They normally work on desktop/laptop only. I did found an extension called Voice In which can transform voice to text. Although for anyone else who is interested, to use it for Salesforce you need a premium account.
Not sure if there are any native Salesforce apps or functionalities like this?
