Einstein activity capture Users, please help me understand why only some outlook events (shown in pink in screenshot) are added to salesforce as my events (shown in light blue) while some dont get added to my events? They do as office 365 events but not as salesforce events.
Ex- In screenshot, Salesforce followup is a meeting created in Outlook and synced to salesforce but not part of salesforce event. First day of school is also a meeting in outlook and it is synced to salesforce and is added as salesforce event.
