Salesforce Flow for Service

I have the error message In the Default channel, we can’t find the 'Verify Caller – Flow' action in the 'Top Pinned' position.

Salesforce Flow for Service package installed in new playground. Not sure what I'm missing. Thanks.

You need to mark the action as Manadatory
