I'm looking to get some perspective on how other foundations use Salesforce. Do they use it only for activity tracking? Do they use NPSP? Do they track donations or account funds on the platform or integrate with an external system such as an ERP?

Most organizations use Salesforce to track donations, donors, campaigns, intake forms, create documents, and reporting. However, it also depends on the specific business they are in. For example, if an organization provides a service, they will also track the service, who was served, details of the events and etc.
