I am a new Business Analyst and looking for some assistance with Business Process Mapping. My input is a customer call via a Case and my output is Case Assignment.
Has anyone put together a Process Map like this or similar that I might be able to look at as an example to help me with my current project? If have links to other areas that would also be helpful.
Have taken the trailheads for the Business Analyst credential, but struggling with getting started. Thank you for your help.
