I am receiving "Account object has insufficient privileges" error when I try to search for Service Resources under Work Order "Candidates". This is a different profile whose users has Field Service Serive Agent Permissions and License.
I checked the Sharing settings and Profile Level access for not only accounts but for other Field Service related objects as well. It is working for a dispatcher role with Dispatcher permissions, but not for a Service Agent Role with Service Agent permissions.
Has anyone faced the same issue earlier?
