Our org has various non-console users who submit Knowledge article content for either new articles or updates to existing ones. If the article is published, we can send the user a link for review and allows links within the content of the article to be clicked on for verification. However, if the article is a draft version is there a way to create a print view to send such as a PDF that would allow the links to still be clicked for verification?

Actually, I found if I used Firefox I could get it to work but not in Chrome or Edge. The steps are:
• Navigate to SF Classic
• Select Article
• Click Printable View
• CRTL + P
• Select PDF
• Select Print
• Save File
