Hey All,

I'm fairly new to Salesforce but I am making my way through Trailhead at a good speed. I have been looking around at Linkedin at job posts for Junior Salesforce Admin roles but have noticed that a few mentions 12 months experience. Does anyone know what the standardised experience level should be for "entry level" I have also noticed the new associate certification which has landed and that has intrigued me.

A friend of mine who is a senior Salesforce Consultant now (originally started as Salesforce Admin) who works in London mentioned that several of his friend completed plenty of modules, completed the admin certification and landed a job straight away.

Does anyone know how easy it is to get into the industry at the UK at the moment and are there any companies that people know are taking on for upcoming admins?

Also any tips are welcome! Currently making my way through "Build your Admin Career on Salesforce" Trailmix.

Thanks,

Nathan

Thanks for posting this, I didn't think to look for Junior Salesforce Admin roles. I'm going through that trailmix as well so I'm curious to see any answers that come up.
