When I check my own work to make sure it works, I get this error. You can see plainly here that per the requirements, it is displaying 1 star and the Lead Quality Helper is displaying 1 in the field. I submitted a case to Salesforce, but they closed it saying I had to get help on the community. Here are my formulas:
Lead Quality:
CASE(Lead_Quality_Helper__c, 0,
IMAGE("/img/samples/stars_000.gif", '0 stars'), 1,
IMAGE("/img/samples/stars_100.gif", '1 star'), 2,
IMAGE("/img/samples/stars_200.gif", '2 stars'), 3,
IMAGE("/img/samples/stars_300.gif", '3 stars'), 4,
IMAGE("/img/samples/stars_400.gif", '4 stars'), 5,
IMAGE("/img/samples/stars_500.gif", '5 stars'),'Unknown')
Lead Quality Helper:
IF(ISBLANK(Email), 0, 1) + IF(ISBLANK(Phone), 0, 1) + IF(ISBLANK(Company), 0,1) + IF(ISBLANK(TEXT(Industry)), 0, 1)
Can someone help me figure out why Salesforce is not accepting this?
Although TOS says we can't share an actual solution, I think its okay to offer clues from my experience.
After trying all the variations of these formulas and still getting blocked, I recalled that I was using my Automations superbadge org for this badge too; and that that superbadge requires a validation rule for the Country field. I then figured out how to make Country optional instead of a required field. Doing so allowed the relevant formulas to work properly. Testing for only 1 star.
In the end, I was able to get past this issue by following the Country field trail. Good luck!
