Hi everyone, i´m having trouble in this project

When i click on verify step this message appears
System.DmlException: Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: REQUIRED_FIELD_MISSING, Required fields are missing: [Suggestion_Category__c]: [Suggestion_Category__c]
Can someone help me with this one?
