Hi, I'm on Modify Your Data Model under Customize an Org to Support a New Business Unit and keep seeing the error message,
"Could not find a new billing inquiry case with the subject 'CC overpayment not refunded', type 'Electronic' and the origin of 'Email'"
I have all the information requested but I cannot seem to pass this challenge.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, many thanks!
