Hi all,

Unfortunately I could not find a blog or documentation how to work with MS Access and Salesforce in cases where you want to prepare CSV files to load from a Sandbox to Production.

Say, you have Price Book Entries and you would like to prepare the template in order to replace the ID of the price book and product in a CSV containing data of the Sandbox and you want to replace those IDs with the ones in the Production environment.

I have been working with Excel and I know there is the function VLOOKUp there but to be honest, I don't like to work CSVs with Excel. It is pretty cumbersome.

I would appreciate if someone could give some guidance how to do it with MS Access.

Firstly - thank you @John Daniel for highlighting the SFDMU tool - looks cool, will investigate.  If you want to work in Excel, and/or can't work in the CLI, have a look at XL-Connector from Xappex.com.  This is an Excel plug-in that allows you to import/export data to Salesforce directly from the Excel sheet, without having to save as a csv.  It's a paid product, but well worth the investment (I'm not affiliated to Xappex, but a long time, happy customer).  There's also a G-Suite version.  Good luck
