Looks like I can't add a field (like Description) to the second, "summary", row of the Activity Timeline.
The use case is "logging a call" to a Contact, reminding a student to submit scholarship-related info. On a laptop (vs a phone), most of that wide second row is blank - it just says "you logged a call". The user has to expand the timeline to see the "good stuff" - like, in the Description field, "this is the student's third reminder", or in the Type field, "Text" vs "Phone Call".
Not a big thing, but seems useful. Am I missing a way to do this - or an idea to vote up?
