In the NPSP Data Import Template, the picklist value for Contact 1 salutation "Mr." is not allowed?

When I put "Mr." in for the contact 1 salutation, the following alert pops up... (same happened for another value (column x) for Contact2 preferred email - I'm not allowed to type in "Personal"

Can you help me go from here?
