I have been working with the Winter 22 changes to territory planning in my sandbox org and I'm having some trouble with the new option to import a territory hierarchy from a CSV. The menus make it look like all you would need to set up a territory hierarchy is the area name and parent area name, which I created columns for in my spread sheet but I get an error saying "Unable to locate parent area" even though I've tried pre populating the hierarchy in the alignment creation menu with names matching the values in my CSV's parent area columns. Has anyone else messed around with this feature and gotten it to work?

Hello @Spencer Wittrock! You may need your top level territories with a blank value for parent area, this will tie them to the territory model root. You can also ask questions about Territory Planning in our @* Sales Performance Management * Trailblazer Community!
