ShowToastEvent just doesn't show up. no error in browser console. I followed following documentation https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/component-library/bundle/lightning-platform-show-toast-event/documentation
FYI- under Specification tab it says Support: beta I wonder if it is a bug on SF side.
Same exact code works fine in other template (i.e. BYO template)
