I have an issue. I'm building a screen flow where I'm using the new Component visibility on some fields. These fields appear on the screen if the user choose a specific value in a picklist. One of those fields is a checkbox and when not required, the false value will be treated as Null and throws an error in the debug log. " INVALID_TYPE_ON_FIELD_IN_RECORD: Vehicle Allowance: value not of required type: "

How do I write a formula that converts null to false

#Automation #New Releases so I can map it in my Create record component?

Below is taken from the Salesforce Help article.

Hidden Screen Input Components

  • Screen input components hidden by conditional visibility aren’t required when a user runs the flow, even if Required is set to {!$GlobalConstant.True}. When the component appears to the user, it’s treated as required.
  • If a screen input component doesn’t meet conditional visibility requirements, its value is treated as null by screen input component validation.

Tried this: IF(ISNULL({!VehicleAllowance}),{!False},{!True}) but its not valid

CheckboxNull (Formula) - The formula expression is invalid: Incorrect argument type for function 'ISNULL()'.

I'm lost, appreciate any help I can get
