Am working on a Utility Provider contact centre project to integrate their social media (Twitter and Instagram) with Service Cloud via Social Studio, Social Automate.
Some customers are direct messaging their bills and receipts but these attachments come in as a url link. When I try clicking on the link, the page displays no page exists.

Is there a way to directly funnel in attachments NOT as a link, but the picture itself?

Thanks for your reply.
I did add the files related list to the social post and cases. Picture attached.
However, when I click into the url link, I am not able to see the picture.
