How do I change the Sender Profile so that it automatically uses my company info instead of mine?

Question

When sending or scheduling an email, in the Define Properties tab, my personal Name and Email are selected as the Sender Profile Default so I have to manually change this to my company's Sender Profile for each email. How can I change this so that my company's Sender Profile is selected as Default automatically?
