I download Connect for Outlook, i started installation, this end.

 

I am started Outlook and sent me a screen for configuration.

 

Because i have some doubt, i cancelled and exit.

 

After that i received error than have issues and if i don´t disable it, Outlook don´t work.

 

I desinstall and reinstall and inclusive i follow this:

What I would recommend is delete and reinstall.  When uninstalling, make sure you right click and close the Sync icon in the system tray.  Also, if you want a completely fresh install, make sure you delete the sync settings.  They can be found in:

but don´t work.

 

What is real situation about this?

 

I don´t want use Salesforce for Outlook because i lost control over changes.

 

What i will do?

    Unfortunately, your configuration does not work with Salesforce Connect for Outlook.  Connect will work with Windows 7 (32 bit edition), but does not work with Outlook/Office 2010.  It is only supported with Outlook XP, 2003 or 2007 at this time.If you really need to use Connect, you would need to downgrade your Outlook.
