Hoping somebody can help me with this.  We installed the Shoretel CTI Adapter on a user's desktop but used a test account to login in to the softphone in Salesforce.  Now each time that user logs into Salesforce, it thinks it's the test user.  We've tried uninstalling and re-installing the Adapter but it doesn't seem to help.

 

Am I mising a configuration or registry setting somewhere?

    Try going to Setup | Personal Setup | Call Center Settings | My SoftPhone Settings for that user and turning off automatic login there.
