Is there a way I can hide Subscriptions or Order Products with negative quantities? For example, when I amend or renew a contract the line items cannot be deleted so we have to make their quantity 0 and they show up as negative in Subscriptions and Order Products. I only want to see active line items or line items with a positive quantity.

when a quote is amended and order is created, you can split quote into multiple orders, one with order product qty > 0 and other with 0. so user looking at orders will have clear separations. This may not work for certain scenarios e.g. bundle option is terminated, it can not be on a different order
on contract, filter your subscription related list and show subscriptions with terminated date = null
