Currently trying to complete the
Create a Self-Registration Pagefrom Identity for Customers module. But when I try to create the user stated in the Hands-on challenge. I kept on receiving this error
"Your request cannot be processed at this time. The site administrator has been alerted."
I am using a Trailhead Playground for this. Tried looking for what I've missed in the steps but seems to be okay when I read it back.

My Site Contact is active, the user is my own for the playground.
Followed what you mentioned from
Salesforce Help — Error on Self Registration, I still get the error, tried using other active user for Site Contact, even used a different browser for the attempt. Initially I was using Incognito (chrome) then switch it up to Edge and still the error is here.

For my user I am using the Role "Partner Manager" where it was part of the steps from the previous module.
