The Road to Ranger - Skill Up w/ Prudential & the Vetforce Alliance.
Ranking up to Trailhead Ranger is not something you can do in a day or a week… You need to make time for learning and plan your path. Prudential has partnered up w/ Salesforce and our Future of Work initiatives to hire, train, cross skill and help you apply industry experience while expanding our techforward talent.
Earlier this year, we announced a partnership w/ Salesforce during a SF World Tour and the creation of the Vetforce Alliance as a founding partner. After the announcement, the team here at Prudential hired its first group of Vetforce candidates; Individuals with a wealth of knowledge, experience, & diversity of skillsets from across various industries & backgrounds. We are proud of this group and how far they have come.
Over the course of the coming weeks we will be sharing their stories, path to Ranger, and exciting journey with Prudential while attaining their Salesforce certifications.
As part of Future of Work, Prudential is dedicated to ensuring that our talent is ready for the future by providing them with new tools, investing in & enhancing skills to execute on and deliver our purpose.
Prudential’s Purpose:
We make lives better by solving the financial challenges of our changing world.
