Duplicate "Standard Einstein Activity Capture" Permission Sets

Question

Why are we now seeing many Salesforce instances carrying duplicate "Standard Einstein Activity Capture" Permission Sets?

Many of our client orgs now have two EAC Perm Sets:

1. StandardEinsteinActivityCapturePsl

2. StandardEinsteinActivityCapture

Does this have to do with EWS > Graph? Or the update to capture EAC emails/events as real activities?

Would be nice for Salesforce to provide documentation..
