Hey Trailblazers! I'm prepping for the updated Admin exam and I'm stuck on the architectural boundary between Agentforce and Data Cloud. On the exam, how do we distinguish when an Agent should be grounded using standard CRM Objects vs. when it specifically requires a Unified Profile from Data Cloud? Is there a specific 'keyword' or scenario logic Salesforce uses to point us toward the Data Cloud answer?

One of the main use case for data cloud with AgentForce is where you need to implement RAG(Retrieval Augmented Generation). Basically in this you bring unstructured data into data cloud which is broken down chunks and stored in vector data base within data cloud. When someone asks question, your prompt can initiate a search using search index and you get results back chunks based on unstructured data initially you had ingested. Those chunks are sent to LLM for generating the final answer. If you search for data cloud RAG, you will find a lot of content around it.
