As seen in the screenshot, I trying to find the account settings, but it doesn't appear in the app launcher. Can anyone help to find if there is anything I need to change?

Hi @Rino Terazono Account Settings don't exist in the App Launcher search bar. If you are looking for trailhead account settings then follow the answer suggestd by Keji. If you are looking for settings inside salesforce then you need to
- Click on Setup (the gear icon on top right corner)
- Search for account settings from the search bar on left side
