Hi All,
We see a strange issue where Tableau server suddenly is in an unlicensed state and does not show any keys under licensing, although there should be 10 license keys.
1) what could have caused such a behaviour? (we have a few internet issues recently but apart from that no changes been made on the server)
2) I tried to add the same license keys again but i see an error message "License key is already activated"
Can I deactivate and activate the same key again using command prompt?

It is possible that the Tableau Server may go into an unlicensed state if the Tableau Server machine is rebooted without first stopping the Tableau Server application (TSM).
Have you installed the Tableau Server by enabling the ATR option?
Check the activated licenses on the Tableau Server by running the command "tsm license list" in the command line.
This will occures when the Tableau Server is unable to reach the licensing server, this issue may occur.
I would suggest reaching out to the Tableau Team and providing them with the licensing details to help troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
