Hello, I'm in thee hierarchy section, with the very large Dinosaurs data set. I'd like to extract all the Excel Data to see what the raw input may look like. Is there a way to do this?

Trial version of Desktop should work the same way as the paid version. Tableau Public does work a different way.
If you're using Tableau Desktop, I finally figured out what Peter meant:
